Movira started with a simple realization:
the best parts of travelling
were rarely the things
we had planned.
When we look back at the places we’ve been, it’s rarely the landmarks we remember first.
It’s the people.
A local showing us their favourite place.
A conversation that turned into an evening out.
A neighbourhood we would never have discovered ourselves.
The moments that made us feel, even briefly,
like we weren’t just visiting.
After years of travelling and living abroad, we wanted to create more of those moments without leaving them entirely to chance.
That became Movira.
